Our team & story
A boutique brokerage of brokers who care.
We Are Property is a boutique Dubai brokerage. Small on purpose. Every broker on this team is here because they represent the kind of relationship we want our clients to have — honest, direct, and long-term.
Chairman
Jonathan Wakerley
Jonathan sets the tone for the brokerage — a long-view operator focused on the quality of the deals we do, not the volume.
Operations
The team that runs the brokerage.
Christine Vallencer
Administration
Keeps the brokerage moving — supporting clients, brokers and transactions from instruction through completion.
Brokers
On the ground, every day.
What makes us elite
We hire brokers the way we sell property.
Standards, not scripts
RERA-licensed, transparent commissions, and honest advice — even when it costs us the deal today.
Boutique by design
Small team, long relationships. Every broker owns their clients end-to-end — no black-hole handoffs.
Elite training
Every broker follows a structured training programme that turns experience into consistency.
